Your activation code is bound to your device's PIN number. To transfer your license code to a new device you will have to request a new activation code/transfer of your activation code.

Transfer Activation Code to a New Device Please enter the e-mail address you used during purchase. You will also have to enter your new device's PIN number. The activation code will be e-mailed to you.
